- Membership Eligibility or Use of site as Guest.

- Disputes
If any dispute, claim, controversy or difference (“Dispute”) arises out of or in connection with or in relation to this User Agreement, then the parties shall first attempt amicably to settle in negotiations over a period of Sixty (60) calendar days commencing on the date that a party first sends to the other party a written notice of the Dispute.
In the event that a Dispute has not been settled amicably by the relevant parties by the end of such thirty (60) calendar day-period, the parties hereby agree that the Dispute shall be referred to and settled under Pakistan Legal Laws
- Transfer of Rights and Obligations
You hereby grant Shamrafs.com the right to, and irrevocably acknowledge and agree that Shamrafs.com may at any time, transfer all or any part of its rights, benefits, obligations or liabilities without requiring your further specific agreement.
