EXCHANGE POLICY
For your convenience we offer 07Days exchange policy, provided items are:
- Unused
- not tempered
- returned in original packaging with no missing price tags, labels, freebies and accessories
- with original receipt
- Faulty, damage at the time of delivery and notified within 3 days of delivery
- Does not match the product ordered online and notified within 3 days of delivery
If items are found faulty, damage or not as per Purchased,
photographic evidence is required to be provided by email to customersupport@shamrafs.com
within 3 days of receipt of delivery.
At the moment Shamrafs.com does not offer any refunds online or through any of
our retail stores once the financial transaction is completed online.
Shamrafs has the right to cancel order for reason such as:
- Items out of stock
- Credit card payment declined by the issuing financial institution.
- Wrong address or contact details
- Nonpayment – in case of COD
- No response from customer on multiple contacts.
